Rooftop Garden, one of the most famous venues in the city located at the top of the historic Rex Hotel, is offering many attractive promotions.
Bar guests will receive a 15% discount on drinks, 50% discount on finger food and there is a buy one get one free promotion on Saigon beer and cocktails.
