The terms: "we", "2vie", and "the Website", pertain to the website www.2vie.com. The term "2vie Team" pertains to our local support team. The term: "you" pertains to customers/users who wish to research hotel information and make an online booking on the Website. The terms "hotels" and "resorts" pertain to the actual room suppliers on 2vie.com. These are the best hotels in Vietnam selected by us to supply the perfect services to our customers.

Users of this website are kindly requested to read the Terms of Use in order to use the reservation system. You will have to pay the full amount of your bookings through our payment gateway Paypal. The Paypal fees of such transaction are our responsibility. There is no fee to use the reservation system. Every kind of refund will cost guests 0.3$ per each. Please review Article 4 to see more. 

The only purpose of 2vie.com website is to assist customers in:

1. Searching & acquiring information on Vietnam hotels and other accommodation suppliers registered on the system.
2. Specifying the availability of hotels' rooms and services, making legitimate reservation & secure transacting business.
3. Cancelling the reservation of hotels registered on the system.

No other purpose shall be applied on this Website.

It is within our authority to modify these policies at anytime and they are available just for specific period of time. 1. Use of the website 2vie

In order to use the services of this website, you have to warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years old.
2. You have the legal authority to make a statutory obligation.
3. You agree with all the Policies of this Website
4. You will only use the reservation system of this Website for you or another person whom you have the legal authority to represent.
5. You must provide the most accurate, current and complete information about you or other persons you act on their behalf.
6. If you have a 2vie.com account, you have to ensure that you are the only person who will supervise and safeguard your account. You have to be completely responsible for any use of your account by you or anyone other than you. Within our discretion we obtain the right to deny access to anyone to this Website and the service we supply, if we find any evidence of violation.

2. Payment for Reservation

It is our strict policy to require our customers to pay full payment in advance. You have to make sure you totally accept the full cost of the bill before beginning your online payment. We will reserve the rooms for you in 2 hours while you execute your payment on the Paypal site. After 2 hours if you are not able to make your payment, the session will be expired and you will be returned to the 2vie.com homepage.

We will guarantee that the amount advertised in the website will be exactly the same as you will be charged by our system, including all taxes and service fees. However, there are some banks that will charge you a small sum of money in order to make an instant payment on your credit card. We are very sorry if you are in such situation and we will do everything in our possibility to minimize your cost.

You have to acknowledge these conditions below, to make a booking by your credit card:

1. The credit card is issued by a trusted bank that our payment gateway will accept.
2. You must use the credit card under your personal name.
3. You must not execute improper acts with your credit card such as using credit cards under others name, providing false information and other acts that 2vie.com considers inappropriate.
4. Any other fees related to your stay at the hotels which do not include in your package need to be paid directly to the hotels upon departure.

3. Membership Policy

We understand that today our customers do not have much time for creating website user account. That's why when you make your first booking on 2vie.com you will be automatically created an account. We will use the accurate information you provide within our Privacy policy (article 5) to create your account.

You can also create a free account anytime you want to receive our up-to-date promotion and information on Vietnam hotels. We will have the right to check the truth of your account information to make sure that the account is used by actual customers who wish to use the services we offer. We highly recommend that you should provide us accurate information in your free account such as your name and email address. We recommend your account title should imply a specific person.

If you are a member of 2vie.com you will be granted extremely benefits whenever you make a booking with us. Along with the hotels, we have loyalty program and special gifts to our customers.

When your account is first created, we will send you a private email to instruct you how to manage your account, check your reservation, make a cancellation and supervise your special rewards. Register with us now.

4. Cancellation Policy

Although we do not charge you any fee for cancelling your reservation, some hotels will charge you within their own cancellation policy due to the facts that they have to reserve the rooms for you and cannot give these rooms to anyone else other than you on the specific days that you book.
We highly recommend that you should read the hotel cancellation policy appeared on each hotel information pages carefully before making a reservation. Please note that cancellation deadline countdown is based on Vietnam time zone (GMT+7).

If you have to make a cancellation, and make it before the deadline mentioned in hotel cancellation policy you will be returned all the money because we will not charge you. When you pay us via Paypal you are free of transfer fees because we will pay these fees, but when we return the money to you, the transfer fees are your responsibility.

Please remember that each hotel will have their own cancellation policy.

We understand that life is unpredictable, we are very sorry for any circumstance in which our customers have to pay for the rooms they will not actual stay in due to late of cancellation with the hotels. Please acknowledge that the 2vie Team will try our best to deal with the hotels on each situation to minimize your cost.

5. Privacy Policy

2vie.com is organized under Japanese Inc style. We believe that with our experienced 2vie Team and modern technical support, we will protect your privacy against any scammed third party or illegal internet users. Please click here to view our current Privacy policy.

6. Activities that are forbidden

You must not perform these acts when connecting to 2vie.com website and using our reservation system:

1. Any action that configured violation to the copyrights, property rights, privacy and other rights of other users, third parties and 2vie.com property and copyrights.
2. In additional to i) above, any acts that are or maybe be a disadvantage or may cause damage to other users, third party and 2vie.com.
3. Any action that is against the public and morality, even action that is potential to lead to the above effect.
4. Acts for the purpose of performing business using the reservation system, that are not approved by 2vie.com.
5. Proving false information in the reservation system.
6. Any action of virus distribution or creation to the reservation system, and action of using virus infected programs while connecting to the reservation system.
7. Acts that violate or may violate the laws and ordinances. Other acts that 2vie.com considers inappropriate.

If 2vie.com detects any act in the preceding paragraph, we may take any necessary action such as immediately cancelling your reservation without notification. You must take utmost care to avoid the damage to any third party and 2vie.com. In the case you have done such damage, you will have to take any legal responsibility and liability.

7. Change in Reservation

1. If you want to change your reservation which has been confirmed by the reservation system, and such changes are about to increase the amount of payment, please check our FAQs to see instruction. Also as a member, you have the access to your reservation and edit it as you expect. If you require something that is not listed in the reservation editing, please send us an email to tell us your requirement. 
2. If the changes mentioned above lead to the reduction in the amount of your payment, we will return the reduced amount to your credit card with the exception of the hotel booking, provided that your changes does not cause disadvantages to the hotel reservation department. If the hotel considers your change as damaging and does not accept your reduction, we are very sorry that you cannot perform the change. However, we will make a personal appeal with the hotel to minimize your costs or transform your costs into other services that suite your stay best.

8. Cautions

1. The rates & availability of the hotels published on 2vie.com website shall be different with the rates and information of such hotels via other means.
2. The rates & availability of the hotels published on 2vie.com website shall be different with the rates and information Onlink Japan Inc. provides via other means.
3. All the hotel information and accommodation information published on 2vie.com, are managed directly and independently by the hotels registered on our system and we are not responsible for such information.
4. The rates of the hotels published on 2vie.com website are the online prices which hotels provide us and we have no right to manage these rates. However, we are specialist in this local market and as long as you are our customer, we will present you with the best deals we have.
5. If the contact details you register on 2vie.com are considered fraudulent, we shall make your reservation void upon hotel's request.
6. You must understand the Social Republic of Vietnam laws when entering the hotel. If you and your roommates execute illegal action in your rooms, you will have to be responsible for such action under Vietnam laws.

9. Search tool for Rates & Availability

Whenever you make a search for hotels rates & availability, you will receive the accurate room conditions of our system. If you are unable to find the room you desire on such specific days or you are too late to find a room, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know your requests. We will check for the Run-of-house rooms for you right after we receive your requests. The rates of Run-of-house rooms shall differ with 2vie.com published rates depend on each situation.

11. Indemnification

1. If there is a failure while you are using 2vie.com services, we will not be responsible for such a failure if it is the responsibility of third parties', such as suppliers or the computer system.
2. If you are in dispute with any third party (including other customers) due to the provision of the reservation system and its content, 2vie.com and relevant third party will respond to such disputes in good faith.
